Minor improvements to the Steam version

Recently, I gave the Steam version to a few beta testers and implemented a few improvements based on their feedback.
- If an item flies off the screen because game physics, it will be teleported back to its original position.
- The pause menu now has an option for restarting the current level.
I also added a small "behind the scenes" menu that's unlocked one you beat the game and shows how the graphics are made out of photos and doodles (Budget? I don't know him.).
